Hi,

I had problem paying my mobile tarriff through SEPA and I paid directly from my bank. But I recieved bill with twice the amount of my contract tarriff and i dont know if the money I sent was recieved or something was missing. Can someone help me with this, I can share my payment reference.

Look in the customer portal under invoices/annual overview and it will tell you what amount is outstanding.

It's possible that your payment and the new bill simply overlapped, and that's why the amount from last month is still on it.

As Bumer writes, you can check online to see if your payment has already been received.
