I returned to my country from Germany few months ago. I closed my bank account which was connected to O2. Few weeks ago, I traveled to Europe again. Therefore, I used to the prepaid number again. I wanted to add money to the number. İt added the money. However, bank account does not exist. How can O2 get the money from bank account which doesn't exist?

I have deleted your previously granted direct debit authorization so that you can no longer top up using the automatic debit from your old bank account.

Here are some alternatives to top up your card:
