Hello. My mobile contract payment failed so I have paid manually now but instead of giving customer number as reference I mentioned contract number in reference. Please help?

@Triskilia : It is of course a good idea to transfer the outstanding payments yourself, because then you will not have to pay any reminder fees. However, the correct customer numbers should also be given so that the payment can be assigned.
Of course, you can also simply wait until the next invoice arrives, then the amount due and the additional costs will be invoiced.

Maybe you shouldn't do that (or o2 doesn't want you to?) but usually you can just wait and see. Because at the latest with the next payment due, the open amount will be debited again. So you pay the last amount and the new amount together automatically. @677ana 

Am I right @o2_Andrea ? Because that's how it was for me.

Hallo, I ordered iphone 15 pro max without o2 tariff. I have to pay 69 euros for 24 months. Last week i got a letter from o2 saying that the payment will deduct on November 28. But till now the money is not deducted. Why this happens?
