Hello,I’m living in germany but I don’t know german language because of this I’m having communication problem.I couldn’t pay my two bills because of corona.now I deposited money to my bank account I wanted to pay all three months but o2 didn’t took the money. Normally the money should be withdrawn on 04.01.2021 but it didn’t happen.How can I pay right now?

previously money was automatically debited from the bank account,but I couldn't deposit money in my account because of quarantine.I couldn't pay 2 bills,I wanted to pay 3 bills together but the money was not withdrawn.withdrawal date was 3 days ago


If money could not be debited from your account you will need to pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer. Then, the following month, the direct debit should resume.
