paying way too much!

Once (prolly a year ago) I lost my phone and bought a new phone at medimarkt and went to o2.

I was not speakin any german but the worker could speak english, so i made sure that * I DON"T PAY ANY EXTRA AND JUST WANNA HAVE A NEW SIM CARD NOT A NEW CONTRACT*

so i got a new sim card but my number changed, so then, i was paying double than i had to. 22 > 44

so few months ago i went to o2 again, another worker who spoke english,

I AGAIN MADE SURE THAT I DON"T PAY ANY EXTRA AND THE BILL GOING NEVER MORE EXPENSIVE BUT WANT TO MAKE MY BILL RIGHT AGAIN

and then my bill went to 66 monthly ☺️

my phone got broken, so i bought the galaxy s7 from o2. monthly paying,

AND TA FCKIN DA i just paid 127,76 FCKIN EURO for last month's bill.

got a phone call from o2 and then they were asking if i wanna make some special deal contract.

hell no. i just talked her about all the fckin situation that i have right now.

she said then after the phone call write them e mail. she said that callin won't help and only email would solve it.

guess what? you guys doesn't even get the e mail help anymore.

what the fck should i do to get out from this fckin situation?

I use only the number 017683xxx623 and i have fckin 4 more contracts in my page.which i don't even know what the fck is that numbers

I'M SO FCKIN TIRED OF YOU GUYS FRAUDING ENGLISH SPEAKERS CUZ I'M NOT EVEN THE ONLY ONE WHO'S HAVING THIS FCKIN PROBLEMS

For those who might ask, no i never had any problem with talking with english.

i would say that i speak quiet good english and as i said i NEVER had any problem with speakin english.

if there was some misunderstanding the problem was always from others not mine

Did you sign the new contracts?

Which mobile phone contracts do you have now, whats their name?

Greetings, Katja

Hi @tjdals1874,

first of, let's stick to civilized language, alright?

Now, aparrently you signed a new contract every time you went to get your SIM card or a new phone. Whether these were misunderstandings or not, you did actually sign the contracts. If you only wanted to get a prepaid SIM, no signature would have been necessary.

One of the contracts, the one ending on ...998, will run out on December 27 of this year, so since I'm guessing you don't want to prolong it, make sure to cancel at least 3 months before December 27.

The other contracts are unfortunately active until 2019, but I put a 5 € discount each on two of the conracts.

To make sure you don't generate any further costs apart from the basic montlhly fees, make sure to only use the contracts that have both unlimited flatrates for both data and voice connections.

Unfortunately there is nothing further I can do at this time.

Kind regards, Nico

I would like to get an answer from you as soon as possible.

Hi @zozek,

do you already looked at your invoice? You find it on our online-portal after login with your “Mein o2”-account.
