Paying for more than one internet package

I just had the 4.00 GB data volume on My o2, but my bank account says it consumes other 15 Euros for  other Data usage which i didn’t order

I don't want the 15 € package anymore, I need to keep with the 9 € package for this month and later on.

I have just deactivated the package “o2 my Prepaid M” and you received a credit of 14,99 €.

This means that you only have the package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” for 9,99 €.

I hope you agree to this solution.
