I recently stayed in Germany for 3 months, and I've closed my German bank account after leaving the country. I tried to update my bank details with my Italian account to pay the final bill, but the system is asking me to fill in a form since it's not a German bank account. Could you please let me know where I should send this form? Also, is it possible to pay the final bill using my Italian account now that my German account is closed?

Hello @luledielli,

you can change your bank details here with your Mein o2 login. From banks within the EU as is Italy we can debit 🙂

To fill in your new bank details you need a BIC with 11 digits, when your BICX for example has only 8 digits, you can fill in three X like XXX 🙂

Hi, thank you for your response. I made a bank transfer on October 2nd, but I’ve noticed the bill is still showing as unpaid. Could you please let me know how long it typically takes for the payment to be registered?

I apologize, your last message to us apparently got lost here 🤔 That was not supposed to happen.
Now that some time has passed, did everything work out with your payment? After transfers, it can take 2-4 days for the payment to be booked and allocated correctly.
