Hello. I have buyed in 2021 a phone without contract and paying it every month. (Automatically taking money from my banc account) But from 03/2022 or 04/2022 there is no payment transactions for the phone. What I need to do to pay it? Or o2 to take the money automatically? Thanks!!!!

In this case you should transfer the money by yourself. The best would be to call our english speaking hotline in order to arrange a new payment agreement.
