Hello,

My contract ends next month but the partner card ends next year. I want to extend my contract and also my partner needs a new phone but looks like I have to get a new contract for the partner card before I can add the phone. If so, does the new contract on the partner card start immediately?  or after the old one has ended.

By extending the contract, the current one ends immediately. The new one replaces the old one.

Hallo @dowusu,
you should be able to extend your contract and order a new mobile phone at the same time. Do you get an error message when you want to order a new mobile phone with the contract extension?

I dont get an error  but what happens to the existing contract which ends next year? does it end if the new contact with the phone is activated?
