Ordering a phone + tariff combo deal.

I have received my smartphone but no SIM or ESIM card after ordering a combo deal (smartphone + tariff). I am not able to register as a customer in myO2 app, as i only have the order number. How to proceed from here to obtain a SIM card that would be under the tariff of the order?

It is unfortunate that the SIM card has not yet arrived. It will arrive by post. When did you order it?

Hi Lea, so I have made the order on the 18th of July. I have confirmed my identity on the 19th of July and my smartphone arrived on the 23rd of July. When going through the order I don't remember selecting a SIM card to begin with, but I can not verify that unfortunately. Should I order an eSIM/SIM card by itself? If so, will the mobile phone plan that was selected for the combo package be applied to the newly ordered SIM card?

@Igli137 Are you sure that you have booked a tariff and not just the smartphone? Please check your contract summary again to see what is listed there.

What exactly was the name of the deal you booked?

Yeah double checking the emails and the invoice when I received the phone, it seems I have proceeded with booking the smartphone only. Hence why I would not be considered a customer when trying to register on the website or the app. Luckily there seems to be an offer going on for the tariffs. Is there a way I can check with the customer service my exact order by giving them my order reference number? Btw thank you so far for your help, it has cleared a lot of confusion.
