Ordered Prepaid 9.99 package but didnt got credited

Hi,
I ordered prepaid sim on 12 nov online with 9.99 package(3.5gb), money got debited on same day but the amount is still not showing.
what should i do?

Dear @jinivini ,

 

your prepaid plan was activated today, November 19th, after you loaded credit on your SIM card and the pack could be paid.
I would advise you to activate your itemized bill so that you can see if you are charged and for what (for example if a pack is activated and you are using a flat).
