Hello, I ordered an Iphone 16 pro max at store but the order was cancelled automatically and I was given an alternative offer to which I said yes. But since then I haven’t got any email whether my order is confirmed or not. Please help.

sometimes you must wait for the confirmation email up to 48h…

2 days ago i ordered iphone 16 pro max at O2 store at that time my contract was rejected and I was given an alternate offer to which I said yes, but after that I didn’t get any confirmation mail. Today I again went to store and talked to sales person and he said that I should have got an email with link for payment of down payment but, I didn’t received any mail till yet. 

Please help me I want to get new phone asap as my old phone is not working properly now.
