Ordered a prepaid sim, paid for the tariff but it didn't change


Hello!

Me and my husband ordered a prepaid sim with anniversary tariff. Once we received and activated our sims we got emails from o2 saying that if we put enough money (15 euros) on our balance by 07 september our tariff will be automatically activated. Right now each of us has 16 euros on a balance but our tariffs are still basic O2 loop. If I click on an icon “Tarif wechseln” I get a message that I can’t change tariff at the moment. What should we do to activate our tariffs? 

PS Calling *107# didn’t help. It just remineded me that my current tariff is O2 loop and there was np other options

I had the same. The booked 15 GB anniversary tariff didn’t got activated after loading the 15€ on the card.
After calling the hotline, they did it manually BUT only with 6,5 GB and said the anniversary thing is no longer available, because it’s too late.

Have your husband and you activated the SIM cards before September 5th? The anniversary pack can only be activated if this particular requirement is met.

However, it is quite unusual that you can’t activate another pack. Do you want me to look into this further, or have you been able to resolve issue otherwise?

@NamelessGhoul, it’s a shame of course that you haven’t been able to get the full anniversary gift, but i’m glad that the hotline has been able to give you some kind of compensation. 😊
