Hello, I’d ordered an iPhone 16 Pro along with a sim card a week ago. I got confirmations for the order in my email shortly after. I received the phone a day after I got the email saying it was handed over to DHL, but I haven’t received the sim card yet and it’s been 5 days since I received the email saying it was handed over to Deutsche post. Please help me since I cannot track this order in any way.

I'm very pleased that you've decided on a contract with a cell phone from us and very cool that the Iphone 16 is already on its way to you 😊
When exactly was the order placed? Unfortunately, sending SIM cards via Deutsche Post can sometimes take longer than a DHL parcel 🤔
The SIM card should be with you within 2-8 working days.

hello @o2_Kathi, the order was placed on the 13th of September and I got the confirmation for it on the same day. I got the email about the sim card being handed over to Deutsche Post on the 17th. I got the email for my phone on the 19th and received it on the 20th but my sim card hasn’t been delivered yet. Would I be receiving my sim card in the next few days?

please call the hotline. (089 78 79 79 40 0, Mon.-Fri. 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.) 
The colleagues can activate your contract and then send you a new SIM card.
Or you can also go to an o2 store for a SIM card. But only after the contract is active. 
Unfortunately, for data protection reasons, we cannot activate the SIM card for you via the Community.
