Yesterday, i have received my sim card but not yet the Iphone 13 Pro Max as it will be delivered after 5-6 weeks. After receiving the sim card, i have called the o2 hotline that I don’t want to activate the simcard unless the Iphone that I ordered will arrive, but after 3 weeks the customer agent said the sim card will be automatically activated, and i said i will not use the sim card yet unless the Iphone 13 Pro Max will be delivered. He made a suggestion, that he will just simply cancel the sim card that I have received and after 3 weeks i will receive a new simcard, and my Iphone will still arrive on November. I asked him several times, if is it only the simcard that will be cancelled, and he said he only cancelled the simcard, not the Iphone, and reassured me that i will still received the Iphone on November.
Today, i called the o2 hotline again, because i feel a little worried of what the customer agent has done on cancelling the simcard and i received an email saying my order was already cancelled. Another customer agent said the same thing, that IT IS ONLY THE SIM CARD that was CANCELLED, and i will receive a new simcard after 3 weeks, and the iphone will arrive by November. Being unsure, i asked him several times and he assured me they only cancelled the sim card.
Just now i check the status of my delivery, surprisingly, this is what i have read, Auftragstatus: Storniert!!!!!
Can someone help me with this? Will I still received the Iphone on November???? Pls enlighten me. Giving your customers a false reassurance and wrong information is totally wrong.
