In the mobile APP appears as delivered my Router, but when I consult via web there is no data of the order of my internet. Likewise, I put in to do the tracking reference number and tells me there is error. I have not received news about when the router will come or the status of my order since I made it and I need to know when I will be able to have internet at home.

I'm glad to see that everything has been sorted out and that the HomeSpot router was delivered to you on the 26th of October. I can understand that the order status was confusing as the first HomeSpot order was cancelled. Is everything OK with you now?
