I want to ask about my problem.
Last month i ordered 2 iphone 14 pro max installment.
The HDL could not find my address and they reterned back my orders.
Now i received my money beck and try to order them again but the reject my request!!!
I dont know why???
If it is any problem why they accept the same orders last month!!!

In deiner Ablehnungsemail steht eine Adresse in Nürnberg, an diese musst du dich schriftlich per Brief wenden, um den Ablehnungsgrund zu erfahren…
Möglich ist aber auch, dass du in 2-3 Wochen wieder ohne Ablehnung bestellen kannst…

I am sorry that ordering smartphones was not possible.
After refusing the contracts you should received an mail with the note that further information will be available at the Auskunftstelle.
You can write a letter by post to this departement to gain these information. Your letter should contain the customer number, your full name, date of birth and the whole adresse. 😊
Unfortunately we, the mods, can´t provide you with the reasons, because these are sensitive reasons about we are not informed.
