Order Not showing up in My order and the delivery date

So I placed an order for Iphone 14 pro 256GB Purple on 24th of November. The down payment is done. I ca n't access the data in my order it shows technical difficulties. 

 

Furthermore, I checked delivery time according to data shown in the forum by a moderator. So my model has delivery time of 1 week in the link shared. 

According to formula: 24 Nov + 7 days = 1st December falls as my delivery date?

I have to travel in 2nd week of  December  and my only reason  ordering from O2 was it will be delivered before that as is supposed to according to what it says on site and in forums by moderators.

If you could sort the my order problem  and confirm delivery date that would be really helpful. Thank you for your help!
