Edit o2_Kathi 27.08.24 Title abbreviated for clarity

you can cancel the phone MyHandy” contract, but regulary not the mobile contract, if the shop guy dont want to

14 days widerrufsrecht you only have online or order by telephone

Hello @muhammadsamir11 ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

If you signed a contract in a store, then a withdrawal can only be done by that store. A cancellation would be to the end of the regular contract duration and can be easily done online.

Kind regards, Sven

Moin,

If you bought the phone in installments, you can cancel „widerrufen“ the installment purchase in the store within 14 days.

Good morning @muhammadsamir11 🙂
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts concluded and signed in the o2 store. It is up to the discretion and possibilities of the employee on site whether a cancellation can take place afterwards, for whatever reason. What about the device, have you received it in the meantime?
Best regards

Kathi
