I have ordered one phone on 14th of February but unfortunately the delivery was not successful and the phone was sent back to o2. I got an e-mail from o2 that I will get the money that I have paid as the delivery charge back within 14 days. But it has been almost one month and I did not receive the money. I have already tried calling the customer service hotline regarding this issue but they could not help.
Can you help me on this? Thanks in advance.
