Order cancelled but did not receive "delivery-fee" back


Hi, 

I have ordered one phone on 14th of February but unfortunately the delivery was not successful and the phone was sent back to o2. I got an e-mail from o2 that I will get the money that I have paid as the delivery charge back within 14 days. But it has been almost one month and I did not receive the money. I have already tried calling the customer service hotline regarding this issue but they could not help. 

Can you help me on this? Thanks in advance.

I am sorry that you have not received the refund. When exactly have you received the email?

If the payment is already more than one week overdue, please let us know, we will then contact you via private message to exchange data.

The delivery was cancelled on 16th of February and I received the mail from o2 on the same day. 

 

I can give you my order number and other details when you privately message me.
