The advance payment is only for the phone order. If you don't want the mobile contract either you will need to cancel it within 14 days of receiving the contract confirmation by sending an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de. You can then order a phone (and mobile contract) again. You don't need to return the SIM, just make sure you don't use it.

The device will be cancelled automatically and the suggestion of bS0 is correct for your tariff. You will get a confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail.
If you are still in the 14 days-withdrawal-period, you will not be charged or the charges will be returned back to you.
