Hi there,I order any iphone 13 pro with airpods pro,they asked me to pay 185 euro ,i pay 185 euro and I have no Information about delivery ,what can I do to check what happend to my order?

Welcome to the O2 Community!

 

If you have paid a payment of 185,00€ it takes until they are booked in the accounting, you will receive an email where you are confirmed that they have received the payment. Give the accounting department some time to book your payment.
