I have applied for a new phone with mobile tarif before 2 week by online. There is mentioned the phone available immediately. Unfortunately, I didn't get the phone and money deducted from my account.

Status says, Something wrong with order number or post box. My order number WSHWxxxxxxxx.  post code xxxxx.

I don't know why I am not getting the phone even after two weeks. They said, it is immediately available. Today delivery status says, delivery date will declare soon.  Till yesterday, it was something else

Then we wait for the goods to arrive. You can't give a fixed delivery date. Once it jumps into processing you will have it 3-5 days later.

That means that o2 is waiting for new stock to be delivered.


I am order the phone because of they mentioned "immediately available" 


The order is only confirmed when the credit check is completed and it can happen that the availability changes between the time you submitted the order and the completion of the credit check. I am guessing this is an IPhone, right?


It Is Samsung s23. The order confirmed and get the mail. My phone is in bad condition. I can find other solution if I know how long it will take. Still there is written immediately available.
