Online contract: sim card and documents are not delivered

Hi,

I have ordered a contract online (O₂ Mobilfunkvertrag: O2 Free Unlimited Max Flex) on 20.02.23. But I havent received any confirmation email that my contract and simcard has been delivered. When will O2 send me the documents and sim card?

Hello @Dvnk, I assume that the shipment will take at least 3 - 5 business days.

Did you receive any E-Mail about your Order till today maybe?
