On May 21 I made the purchase of an iPhone 15 pro that came with an apple watch, which made me pay a deposit of 185€ until today May 28 I did not receive any information about the equipment and on the o2 page there is no information about that purchase, I need to know how I can cancel it?

Hey @LourdeRo15,

Do you happen to remember what the offer was, i.e. which contract was included? As in most cases, additional registration or something similar is required to receive these goodies.  
Maybe you can give me some more information?
