Oneplus 7t Internet issue with O2 SIM

did the internet work before with the phone and now stopped working or has it never worked with this model? Is the smartphone not connecting to the net at all or are you connected but can’t use any data? With more infos we can also help you better.

Internet is not working from day one with ONEPLUS 7T. Its showing connected(LTE or LTE+) signal but data cant be used. however when I tried with SAMSUNG/APPLE Internet is working perfectly fine.

Seems to be issue with ONPLUS 7t - Indian purchased model.

Note : SAMSUNG/APPLE - EU Purchased model.

The specifications of the OnePlus display some differences between the regional models, but our used LTE-Bands are still available. Do you have an active APN set? If not, please try to create one with the APN “internet”. If there`s a second SIM installed, please check if the data usage is activated for the slot used by your o2 SIM.

I have already tested O2 SIM in both the slot but still no luck Internet is not working properly.

I have reset the APN setting etc but still no value added.

If you tried using our sim crad in other Phones and it worked, I guess it might be:
