sorry to hear that. When you delete the cookies, then no other tab should be open at the same time. To delete the cookies is the only solution I know when this error plops in.
At the last try you got the same error?
Please log out, close all the Windows, open one, delete the cookies and go to our site.
Good luck for the new try.
When it fail again, then please post the last address which you can see in the browser before the error message appears.
