I odered today, o2 yearly packet 100 GB, thinking that its just a yearly recharge of my existing o2 loop prepaid card. However, I came to know from your customer service that it is a different SIM card with different number. I dont want to change my number and also dont want any new SIM Card. Can you please cancel my order? Please tell me what details you need.

did you order the new SIM card online, via our hotline or our chat? Then you canb cancel that order within 14 days via e-mail to our address widerruf@cc.o2online.de  which Bumer gave 🙂

Hello, thank you for the responses @Bumer and @o2_Gerrit . I emailed the cancellation request to given email address. I have one more question about Prepaid card. I have o2 Loop Prepaid card, which allows me to have Data packs with validity only for maximum 1 month. I am looking for something with more data and with validity of 6 months or 1 year or so. Then I found this pack of yearly 100 GB, which I found cost effective. But I dont understand this need to buy new SIM card and new number. Can't I just make this recharge for yearly data like 100 GB or something? What is the solution? I dont want to loose this number.


The solution would be to order a new 100 GB card and transfer the phone number to it.
