Hello everyone!
Last year when I made a contract for O2 Unlimited Max 5G, I chose the 500Mb/s speed.
For the first 3 or 4 months it was 500Mb/s, but then I checked the o2 website to buy another simcard and I saw both of Sim Tarif and my Contract went down to 300Mb/s!!

Its almost half the speed I’m paying for!
without any pre notice, you guys just slowed down my internet and didn’t say a single word!
Still paying the same price for 500Mb/s even though this month I paid 55€ instead of the usual 36,5€!
Worst that those, is the Coverage across Germany!
cant even use my internet when im taking a bus or in a Taxi, Coverage is really worse.

Since the day one, there was always some extra costs that wasnt mentioned in the contract, and I was paying for all of them but never used them. (Kinda same as stealing from people’s pocket)
I would like to ask for some kind of discount or just bring my contract back to 500Mb/s.
otherwise im going to end my contract and sue the company for fraud and file a Fraud case, regardless of Legal costs; I’ve lost more money to you than that! :)

Please take care of this problem, cause  cant pay my whole money just for your extra useless services that cost more than 10 iPhones.
ACT FAST AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY, IM PAYING MY WHOLE MONEY JUST FOR YOUR USELESS AND TRASH STU

Hello @Arialng ,

the currently offered o2 Mobile Unlimited Max is a different version of the contract that what was on offer a year ago, the tarif was changed in April this year. The change itself only affects any newly made contracts. Concerning the bill, please take a look at the second page and following on the itemized bill that is provided in your mein o2 area, there are a number of reasons why you could have a higher monthly amount.

Kind regards, Sven

Hello @o2_Sven
Thanks for your answer, but as you can see in the picture, I made this contract more than a year ago on 25.04.2023 so it shouldn’t apply to me!
So what is the  problem with my Contract? Why o2 lowered it down to 300mB/s ?

Hello @Arialng ,

that was my point, even if there is a newer version of the o2 Mobile Unlimited Max avaiable now, unless you actively change your contract, you’ll be using the conditions of the version that you originally signed the contract to. Which in your case is the older one from last year.

Kind regards, Sven
