I like to port my O2 number to other provider. The request is already raised with other provider. Can you please help me to find a solution? Could you pleace help me to port my o2 sim?

What is the problem that needs to be solved? This is not clear from your text.
Is your o2 contract still running? If so you have to release the number first in the App or the customer portal for the port to work.

the option to port you number to a different provider has already been activated.
You can now request the immediate transfer of your number
