Hi,
I recently received a message saying my o2 sim is blocked because I declined a direct debit transaction.
I manually recharged my number as my internet pack was expired 2 weeks ago, so when I received a message of direct debit I declined the transaction since I already had a top-up for my prepaid. But soon after that I received a message from o2 saying my number is blocked as I have not paid the amount yet.
Secondly, I already had around 5 euros as my o2 balance, they have deducted the 5 euros and now balance is showing -9 euros. Since as per them I have not paid yet.
I already have my recharge so I do not want to pay for it again.
Can someone please help me how can I fix this issue?
