Last month, I bought O2 contract from Main shop in Marienplatz, Munich for 2 year of 20 GB. But sale man cheated me and gave me two sims in 25 euro and said second sim is free. He told me that it’s the only option to get 20gb internet and then he gave me another sim and said it’s free so I took the offer as I don’t know that I can get 1 sim of 20GB for 20 euros.

In my first bill I found that I’m paying 20 (first sim) + 5 euro (second sim) and Activation of (40 euros) for each sim. So basically it is cheating as I don’t understand german and O2 is a big provider so I didn’t expect this kind of cheap tricks to lure your customer.

Today I went to the shop and explained them the whole situation and they are saying that I agreed for it whatever the conditions are 😞 very disappointing ...

So I want just to simply cancel my 5 euro sim contract and refund my activation fee as I like o2 service and want to continue with my 20 gb plan.

I would like more transparency while signing the contract. Or I get all the information from the first person (actually official o2 shop), or O2 helps me out and resolves this unpleasant situation. Being a BR employee I am evaluating the necessity to make it public via radio channels, since such dirty involvement in contract signing is not acceptable and should be made public.

My house address isn’t correct so please contact me via email

If the shop is not willing to cancel the second contract (which you seem to have signed for) then you will need to submit a written complaint to to o2 explaining your situation.

How I can do that. Please explain me the process. whom to send and what to do exactly? i’m new in Germany and have no idea.

For the next contract! In Germany only That what you sign for ( contracts ) are legit, so Check before you sign anything!

But I don’t understand German as I’m new here so it’s O2 consultant job to tell us right thing not try to lure us in selling sim. It’s about your service and company core values and policies. And i like o2 service that’s why I go for it.

This is another example of what they had done with other people too. I’m not the only victim

Send a letter to the address in Nuremberg you will find on your invoice (Kundenbetreuung). The problem is that you signed something you didn't understand but o2 can only see that there is a signed contract. You should therefore explain exactly what you wanted and what was discussed and hopefully a solution can be found as a good will gesture.

ok, thanks. I will explain them

@Piku i understand your disappointment and I didn’t like it, when customers be given advantage.

but I wouldn’t be so bold, if I went to Syria to go into a store without being assisted by a friend who speaks the language fluent!

So, we will never find out the truth, maybe he told you, but you didn’t understand? Maybe he takes advantage of you? Who knows?
