O2 prepaid simcard cancellation

Hi

 I have an o2 prepaid contract  and I want to cancel it as I have moved out of Germany - How can I do it?

Hi!

 

Normally, o2 cancels prepaid cards themselves if they are no longer topped up after 6 months. But you can also send a cancellation to the o2 prepaid customer service in Nuremberg.

hiermit kündige ich (your name), geboren am (date of birth), Wohnhaft (your adress in Germany) meinen o2 Prepaid Vertrag mit der Mobilfunknummer (phone number of your o2 sim) mit der SIM Seriennummer (serial number of your sim card on the front of the sim - iccid) zu sofort.
