Hello,
I purchased a prepaid sim in store yesterday and put it into my Galaxy s7 today. Calls and MMS work, and I am registered on the Mein O2 app (via wifi), but the mobile data I purchased (shows up on my balance) is nowhere to be seen.
I tried manually changing the APN settings, and fiddling with data roaming, etc, as other posts have suggested, and I've restarted it several times. I don't think it is a connection issue, as my UK O2 sim can use mobile data fine (through o2.de). I'm stumped. I would be very grateful for any advice. Thank you.
