O2 Prepaid Sim Activation

I've completed the online activation procedure for my prepaid sim yesterday. But, my sim is still not activated. Can you please assist me ?

I am sorry, that there are issues with the activation. What have you tried so far? Does the SIM work in an other Smartphone?
