Hello

I recently purchased the o2 Prepaid S plan which should give me 8 GB of internet but when I did the recharge i got only 3,5 Gb of internet.

Why it's like that ?

Then you still have the old pack my Prepaid active,
which must first be canceled and then the new prepaid pack must be booked.
Try whether the chat rebooks it for you.

In this case, as poales has already written, the old pack must be exchanged for the new one. Have you already been able to arrange the exchange?

My plan is still not over Yet so I will try when my pack get over.
And Can you tell me how to stop automatic pack choosing.

No the app is working fine for me 
I think i have found the way to cancle the old pack but not sure on that.
the steps are for android user

  1. Open the O2 app
  2. Go to “VERTRAG
  3. Then go to “Alle Optionen Verwalten
  4. Then go to “Deine Optionen Verwalten
  5. Then In Gebuchte Optionen click on “o2 my prepaid S” 
  6. Then scroll at last, there is option for “Option abbestellen

    But i think it will remove my current pack (not sure)

i just want to get 8 gb data when i recharge with 9,99 euro(My prepaid s plan)
and i just don't want  to automatically recharge by it self if i have enough credits.


@Ravi33 ,

that looks about right. You've already had contact with your colleagues from the chat. They told you that you can only change the pack after the end of the term. Then cancel the old pack via the app and book the new one. Then you'll also have Pack S with the 8GB.
