O2 Prepaid M


I did not receive 15GB data on the ongoing O2 Prepaid M plan. Kindly help me out

When did you order the package and was it activated successfully outside of the data volume?

Prepaid M plan got automatically renewed but with the older offer and not the new one. It got renewed on 15.06.2022 and I received 6.5 GB data only!

Unfortunately, there is no automatic switch for customers who have already booked Prepaid M. In order to use the higher data volume, you would have to cancel the current pack and then re-book the birthday pack.

Would that mean buying the same plan twice?

if you time it correctly, meaning cancelling the automatic renewal for your current M-Option and then book the birthday M-Option on the day the old option has ended, you don’t have to pay twice for the same period.
