I accidentally activated the O2 prepaid data pack S 1GB. I haven't used it yet. Could you please assist with cancelling and refunding it?
Hello
Prepaid data S was automatically activated. I wanted to cancel this, so I went to the O2 shop and asked the employee to cancel it, and he canceled it. I got a text saying it was canceled. However, I couldn't confirm that it was canceled on the O2 app, and there is no refund for the cancellation. I haven't registered my account on the O2 app, and I go to the O2 shop myself every month to recharge. Can I get a refund for my cancellation?

Hello
thank you for joining us here in the community.
You can manage the pack here:o2.de/mein-prepaid
Are you able to cancel the pack there?
Kind regards, Lea
Hello
I have merged your two existing threads to have a better overview - it is easier for us to handle the issue, if it is mentioned in only one thread
Have you already tried to cancel the pack with Leas link above?
If that does not work, you should try to send an e-mail for a revocation to us, here: widerruf@cc.o2online.de.
Your photo shows, that the shop employee canceled the pack at the end of its duration, maybe you could also talk to him and describe your problem further.
Best regards,
Paul
Hello,
Thanks to you, I was able to cancel the prepaid data pack S through the link you mentioned safely. And I received a text saying it was canceled, and I was able to confirm that it was disappeared on O2's app. However, my prepaid credit is still not refunded. Can I get a refund for this?
Hey
great that you were able to cancel it yourself. I have just credited you the amount and you should receive a notification soon. Let me know if it worked out.
