So I bought the 6GB prepaid S and then I want to change it to the 12GB prepaid M. At first I want to change it online and then the purchase is halfway through and I didn't continue it. And i decided to change it in the one of the o2 shop in Jena. And I got an email from the online purchase, and I accidentally clicked the jetzt bestellen and then I got another email that said I need to wait for the new sim card. So is it possible to cancel the online purchase? And if it's not possible, what's going to happen to my current pre paid package when the new sim card arrived? Please I really need help. Thankyou

Hi @domgunawan,

so you ordered a new SIM card and didn't just change your prepaid tariff? Your existing tariff should not be affected. You will then simply have two SIM cards.  

You should be able to revoke your new SIM card order by emailing widerruf@cc.o2online.de.

I am glad to read you here. If i understood you right, you had somme issues to book the right package and in the end you ordered a second contract. 
If this is right, you should revoke the second contract within 14 days. 
Which package should be the right one for your current running contract?
