Hallo,is there any chance that i could cancel my one O2 postpaid Simcard that i had last week? Due to Misunderstandings and communication problems i had two Postpaid Simcard Contracts to O2.

you ordered a new contract and would like to cancel it? This is conveniently possible within 14 days, for example by email ( widerruf@cc.o2online.de).

Unfortunately it is more than 14 weeks already. I went to the shop for several times to ask them to cancel the other contract but they always told me to comeback to their shop every week and wait until my vodaphone number transfer to 02,then last week i went back to the shop again because the worker promised me He will cancel my contract but then unfortunately it didn't happened.He ask me again to go to another shop.


I would like to know is there any other way i could cancel my other contract or it is impossible?I have two postpaid sims but im only using one..

did you also conclude the contracts in the o2 shop?
Unfortunately, I have to say that a cancellation and early withdrawal from the contract is only possible within the 14-day cancellation period if the contract was concluded online or over the phone.
A cancellation that is submitted now therefore becomes valid at the end of the contract term.

If you have concluded the contract in a shop, you can contact the shop directly with a complaint. They can decide how to proceed.

I already went there for how many times...but still they did not do anything...is there no other way to cancel the contract. Im willing to pay charges as long the other one be cancelled..i have only one phone i cant even use the other sim card at all

I'm sorry, unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this case. If you concluded the contract in the shop and therefore also signed the contract in the shop, then the shop is also your contact in this matter. In addition, the 14-day cancellation period does not apply in this context.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything else in this case.
