Hi, so I bought my sim a couple of months back. I just checked the receipt this month and noticed something, there has been a minute price increase every month like e.g. if at the start it was 20€ pm then the next it got to 21.3, then 21.70, then 22.3, then 23.9 and so on. Is this normal and i have a contract of 2 years how much will it hike-up in 2 years time? Like the prices I gave you are just examples but is this for everyone or somethings wrong here?

It depends how you use the contract. What have you been charged extra for? Did you maybe make calls abroad?
The monthly basic charge does not change, but there are several costs that are not included on that.

I havent made any calls abroad nor texted, im just using the data and making calls within Germany and on phones not even landlines so Im literally using is like an avg person would

Great that you have now seen the items on your bill under “Connections and Services”. This can include various connections such as calls abroad / to chargeable services, SMS to chargeable numbers, MMS and much more. If you agreed to the storage of your itemized call data when you signed the contract, you will also be able to view an itemized bill online. You can view more details there.
Were you able to find out what exactly was charged under “Connections and services”?
