(O2 my home M, LTE) too slow

(O2 my home M, LTE) is too slow for  the last couple of weeks. I hope you can help me find a fast solution. 

 If the problem is not solved, I will cancel all my contracts with O2 and stop paying the bills. I can not work from home because of the internet now. It was always slow but now it takes 5 minutes to open a webpage. I can not stream videos. I can not do anything useful except for slow browsing of text webpages. I live in *************. When I check your website, I get information that the coverage in my area is great. It is not. 

Please understand that I will start working from home soon so a decent internet is something I can not live without.

I've just looked at the address and it shows me a fault on an LTE base station. Unfortunately I don't see a date when this problem should be fixed. I can only ask for a little patience here.
