O2 Homespot Very Slow

Last week I got the O2 home spot M sim card. I'm using it with an Alcatel router. The downloading speed has constantly been very slow (< 10Mbps). The upload speed is 10-11 Mbps. I have tried changing the channels to reduce interference with other wifi's but if didn't make any difference. Is there any temporary problem in my area or will the speeds always be this low? My area is Freiherr-von-stengel-str Neubiberg (85579).

You can check the network at this link: Livecheck Please check also if you can move the router to a better position. Maybe near a window.
