O2 Homespot, not working even from my BALCONY!


Greetings!

We have an o2 homespot device that currently can't even give me 5 mbps speed. I can barely video call on whatsapp and home office is absolutely impossible. On checking the nearest tower it does not show any faults or slow downs. (I live near XXXXX 10627) I cant call anyone as they dont speak English in customer support (many have just disconnected my call due to my basic German). 

We are looking for some support on how to make connection better? I feel like this problem is never ending. Any help would be highly appreciated!

I regret that you are not happy with your internet-connection. 

 

Did you already check your data-connections here: Livecheck Just type in the complete address where you have problems and then press the button “Ich stimme nicht zu” in order to forward your issue to our technical department. They will check the issue for you.
