Hi

When I have ordered my O2 HomeSpot Data Spot Unlimited it was advertised that it is 5G Ready!

And know I want to have 5G enabled, as it promised at the beginning.

If you rent the 5G version than it should be possible.

Unfortunately, booking 5G is not possible in your tariff, I'm sorry.

Do you already use a router with which you can also use the 5G network?

A new data contract may be an option for you, see if that would be an alternative for you: o2 HomeSpot: Vorteile für o2 Kunden sichern (o2online.de)

Yes I have 5G capable router.

The new contracts are expensive and provide less speed that I have.
I have admire why it is not possible while it was promised to be 5G capable when I have booked my contract?
What if I will rent 5G router from O2?
