welcome to our English Community. I regret that you are not happy with the mobile internet-connection of your o2 HomeSpot.
Did you already check online our Livecheck if you see any disturbances for your area?
It might also help to put the o2 HomeSpot near a window. Did you already try this out?

Hi,
I tried all the possible solution but the result is still same.
5G network is not available, it was working fine 2 week before now no 5G signal. Internet disconnect very frequently after every 30-40 Minute internet disconnected. Speed is slow very slow, earlier it was around 50 MBPS now its below to 10 MBPS.
