O2 Home S to Home M and change of contract length

Hello,

 

I received my new HomeSpot S SIM yesterday and upon reading it, I realised that I seem to have made multiple mistakes. Firstly I chose the the S package when I instead wanted the M with unlimited internet.

I also chose a limited contract of 2 years when I wish to have an unbound contract because I am not in Germany for this length of time.

I have not yet used the SIM because I fear using it will make it impossible to upgrade to the higher tariff that I want. Please let me know if it would be possible to switch to this option?

If the contract is not the one you wanted, just send us this form filled out. Please be aware that you only have 14 days to revoke your contract.
