I just removed the esim profile from my phone before it got activated and now I cannot activate the esim which is to be activated. Can anyone help me regarding this

I wanted to order a replacement esim card since the earlier esim profile was removed on my phone but there is a esim profile currently to be activated and I cannot activate it in meine o2

As my system tells me, you have already initiated the right steps. My colleagues from customer care will send you the eSIM profile by post to your homeaddress (as a QR code), which you can then use to install the whole thing on your smartphone.
