Hi everyone
although i didnot get resident permission, i applied the contract smart phone+mobile monthly data via internet and O2 took 186 euro down payment from my sparkasse german bank account. But O2 denied to complete contract because i had no german tax number and so contract wasnot done. Then i called O2 several times, they saw the payment but at first they couldnot match the payment with my account because there was no contract or order number on papers they sent by email. Then they said they were faced same problems and they asked finance dept to solve and send money back to customers account. It was 2 months and i couldnot get my money back to my Sparkasse German account that O2 took my money. How i can reach finance/billing dept of O2? Thanks
