o2 contracts

Hi everyone  my boyfriend  made an o2  sim only contracts contracts  on 14.july 2021 and  last month  invoice  is due for payment  and he hasn't paid  for it so I just want to know  what will be the outcome if he doesn't pay because  he just started working  and don't have money to pay at the moment  .the amount is about 212euro will o2 charge  him to court, will they block the sim cards or will they automatically cancel the contract  . We try contacting o2 but to no avail  pls we need help. We based in germany
