Hi everyone  my boyfriend  made an o2  sim only contracts contracts  on 14.july 2021 and  last month  invoice  is due for payment  and he hasn't paid  for it so I just want to know  what will be the outcome if he doesn't pay because  he just started working  and don't have money to pay at the moment  .the amount is about 212euro will o2 charge  him to court, will they block the sim cards or will they automatically cancel the contract  . We try contacting o2 but to no avail  pls we need help. We based in germany 🇩🇪

obviously he has to pay the money because he has a contract with o2. I cannot tell you more.

It is essential that you discuss the payment difficulties with the billing department, so you should call customer services without delay. If he doesn't pay the SIM will be blocked, additional charges will added and at some point the contract might be cancelled and the outstanding amount passed to a debt collection agency. There is also the risk of a negative entry with credit reference agencies which can affect his credit-worthiness.
